In a resounding victory for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State, the Appeal Court has delivered a series of landmark verdicts that overturned the decision of the Tribunal and have sent ripples of celebration and jubilation across the state as APC candidates emerged triumphant in hard-fought battles, rekindling hope, like a catalyst for Senator Ovie Omo-Agege’s gubernatorial victory.

With this series of verdicts by the Court of Appeal, Chief Sen. Ede Dafinone secured a decisive win in Delta Central Senatorial District against the PDP challenger, Chief Ighoyota Amori. At the same time, Chief Sen. Joel-Onowakpo Thomas emerged victoriously in Delta South over Hon. Michael Diden of the PDP. Hon. Revd Francis E Waive achieved a significant triumph in Ughelli/Udu Federal Constituency against Chief Solomon Awhinawhi of the PDP, further consolidating the APC’s position across the state, accompanied by widespread celebrations by the party’s dedicated supporters.

In the wake of this extraordinary news from the Appeal Court, an eminent chieftain within the APC, Prince Henry Efe Duku, attributes the triumph to the divine intervention of God.
