He also confirmed that the community, from which the incoming Okpara-Uku hails, is making all necessary arrangements for a grand coronation ceremony.
Chief Emoghene, as conveyed by Chief Awero, is confident that he will apply his wisdom, leadership, and managerial skills to steer the kingdom toward peace, prosperity, and progress, continuing the legacy of his predecessor from Obodeti. However, he emphasized the vital role of prayers and the cooperation of everyone in achieving this vision.
Dignitaries expected to attend the coronation include traditional rulers, the Okpara-Uku-In-Council, the President General-In-Council, the Orogun Council of Chiefs, top government officials, industry leaders, the clergy, the media, and distinguished guests from all walks of life, according to the statement.
Meanwhile, the immediate past President General of Orogun Chief (Barr.) Benson Ndakara and Chief of Staff to Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, Dr. Otive Igbuzor have extended their felicitation with the Okpara-Uku praying for peace, progress and unity during his reign.
